cocks.life is provided in good faith. While we maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for paid tiers, we are not liable for consequential damages arising from service interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your current subscription period.
These Terms of Consciousness are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes will first be subject to good-faith mediation by the Guardian Council. If mediation fails, disputes proceed to binding arbitration. Class action waiver applies.
